Took our Mazda in for its scheduled maintenance; team was fast and efficient. Paul assisted me throughout and made sure I was aware of everything they did as well as make sure to answer any questions I had.
Paul had great costumer service on the Services Department. Fixed all my concerns in a flash.
Paul was pleasant and extremely helpful getting me in and out quickly. He was also able to complete my extra services today even though I didn’t click on the “ok” button to authorize initially. Excellent Services!

Had my first service completed after I bought my new CX-5 in April. Dylan is the sweetest! He was thorough in checking me in and explaining the timeline for me. I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation without an appointment. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I absolutely made the right call buying my new SUV from Jose and still seeing the top notch service when transitioning of the showroom to the service department was flawless. You all are doing a REMARKABLE job!

Bought a vehicle. Dealer tags good through 7/2. I waited until 6/29 to get vehicle titled. Got to DMV and Woodhouse had not gotten title ready. This is after assurances that it would be done. So, had to call and get the title folks to get it done. Now, more hours to spend at DMV for second go around. Hoping it is done in time so am not ticketed for failing to get vehicle registered in time. Other than this, the car I bought and process was fine.
We always get great service at Woodhouse Mazda. They are kind, knowledgeable, and we feel good there.

I typically dread the car buying process. We went in know what we wanted and Stewart was very nice and easy to work with which made the experience much more pleasant than expected.
This is the fourth Mazda I’ve purchased from Woodhouse. Needless to say, Jose is more than a car salesman, he’s my friend. I can’t forget Zach, as he played an integral role in the purchase of my last two vehicles. I have referred family and friends to Woodhouse which is something I usually don’t do. I will continue to be a regular customer of Woodhouse Mazda.
