I have never experienced such world class customer service! From getting my appointment set up to getting the loaner vehicle was THE BEST! I got a video of the inspection, communication text messages throughout the whole process and I was at the dealership for 15 mins and drove away in a brand new Mazda loaner. I went here because I had a recall on my suv. The staff was polite and knowledgeable. My service only took about an hour and I loved getting updates via text/videos. The customer service was #1. I noticed that they vacuumed out my car as well!! It was overall an amazing experience!!
I would highly recommend this dealership over others in the area. They were great to work with and were not at all pushy.
