You will always find a great selection and competitive financing when you look for a new Mazda car at Woodhouse Mazda. Right now, our staff is getting ready for the arrival of the brand new 2019 Mazda CX-9 and we are excited to show you all that this beautiful crossover sport utility vehicle has to offer. We know that there are similar vehicles out there, like the 2019 Toyota Highlander, but we believe the Mazda CX-9 out performs its competitors.

Performance

The new 2019 Mazda CX-9 is equipped with a base 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that gets 250 horsepower. Its competitor, the 2019 Toyota Highlander, has a base 2.7-liter four-cylinder engine and only gets 185 horsepower. The Toyota Highlander also lacks the Mazda CX-9 model’s SKYACTIV®-Drive six-speed automatic transmission, which gives this Mazda SUV steady acceleration while delivering precision responsiveness. Instead, the Toyota Highlander is equipped with a regular six-speed automatic.

Safety and Special Features

There is never any feeling of missing out on features and technology with the 2019 Mazda CX-9, which equipped with the most advanced features such as MAZDA CONNECT™, remote keyless entry, smart city brake support, and new for this year, the surround-view parking camera system. While the 2019 Toyota Highlander does have iPod/iPhone integration, it lacks the advanced Apple CarPlay system that the Mazda CX-9 has. The Toyota Highlander is equipped with Toyota’s Entune™ infotainment system, but the standard screen size for MAZDA CONNECT™ is a 7-inch display screen, while Entune’s standard is a 6.1-inch screen.

Don’t just take our word for it: the 2019 Mazda CX-9 is one of the highest-rated vehicles on Edmunds.com. When you are ready to learn more about the new 2019 Mazda CX-9 for yourself, please give our sales team a call at Woodhouse Mazda at (888) 829-0375.
